OnlineOrdinary NFP training programs often take place over a single day, a single weekend, or a few sessions of lectures, but we know that building a good foundation needs proper time and guidance.
We can begin with a free, one-hour, online Introduction to Natural Family Planning presentation (held on the second Tuesday of every month), or go full-throttle into the Chart Your Cycle Engaged program which includes building the foundation of the charting lifestyle and its integration with Catholic marriage (which is available on-demand for $325) -
ComprehensiveThis program can meet any need; just as our Lord meets us where we are at but loves us too much to leave us there, Chart Your Cycle Engaged gently and lovingly challenges couples – no matter what background they’re coming from, whether they’re cohabiting, contracepting, con-validating, living chastity, or just indifferent – to accept not only the Church’s teaching on marriage but also embrace the use of fertility awareness as part of the sacrament of matrimony. We provide the understanding and application of marriage as free, total, faithful and fruitful, AND the how of charting the woman’s cycle!

We are new at charting with almost 1 yr of charting. I feel we understand each others feelings and bodies throughout the cycle more than ever. I have that open communication with my husband and I express how I feel more with him especially when a new cycle is starting soon.

We can start trying to conceive right after the wedding because I know my cycle!
Just want to say thank you to Chavah and Melissa for their knowledge sharing and support - because of charting and knowing my body, I am 100% prepared for my heavy flow and have prepared and prevented awful cramps on my wedding day today - no worries, just preparedness! And as a bonus we can start trying to conceive right after the wedding because I know my cycle and know how to identify when I’m ovulating!
